No, all of our flooring comes with the underlay already attached so no more underlay is required.
This is one of the best features of Lvt compared to laminate and wood flooring. It is fully waterproof so can be mopped and you can get it as wet as you like, no more unsightly swelling joints or lifting planks.
Yes it is fine to lay over any type of underfloor heating.
No, our Lvt flooring is very stable and does not expand or contract as laminate flooring does so only a tiny expansion joint of a couple of mm is required which can be sealed easily with flexible silicone.
All of our “Lvt” is spc Lvt, it is the best type of Lvt which has a sandstone core which makes it extremely tough and a rigid board unlike some Lvt flooring which is “floppy” and unmanageable.
