Cookie Policy

These make the shop work and do not need your consent. They are not used to track you.

• Your cart and free samples, saved in your browser so they are still there when you come back. Kept until you empty the cart or clear your browser.
• Your cookie choice, so we do not ask again on every page. Kept until you change it or clear your browser.
• Checkout and account cookies, set on our secure checkout when you pay or sign in. They keep your order together and keep you signed in. Most expire when you close your browser or within two days.

These are switched off until you accept them:

• Live chat (Tawk.to). Lets you talk to us from any page and remembers the conversation between visits.
• Measurement and advertising (Google). Shows us which pages are useful and whether our adverts lead to orders. With your yes we also remember how you found us, so a later order is credited to the right advert or link.

If you reject them the shop works exactly the same. You can still call or email us.

Use the button on this page to see your current choice and change it. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings, though blocking the essential ones will empty your cart and stop the checkout working.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we use personal information. If you have a question, contact us at info@lvtsuperstore.com or 02476 637794.
