About us
This website is run by LVT Superstore, 170a Holbrook Lane, Holbrooks, Coventry, CV6 4BY. Contact us at info@lvtsuperstore.com or 02476 637794, Mon–Fri 9:00am–5:30pm and Sat 9:00am–1:00pm.
Placing an order
When you place an order you will receive an email confirming we have received it. The contract between us is formed when we dispatch your order. If we cannot supply something, for example because of a pricing or stock error, we will tell you as soon as we can and refund anything you have paid for it.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT. Flooring is priced per square metre and sold in whole packs, so the total is the price of the packs you order. Delivery, where it applies, is shown before you pay.
Payment is taken in full when you order, through the secure checkout. If a price is obviously wrong we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Measuring and quantities
The pack calculator works out how many whole packs cover the area you enter, with an optional allowance for waste. It is a guide: you are responsible for the measurements you give us. If you order too much, unopened packs can be returned under our returns policy.
We recommend buying everything for one room in a single order. Flooring is made in batches, and a later batch may differ slightly in shade.
Colours and samples
We photograph our floors as accurately as we can, but screens vary and we cannot promise that a colour on your device matches the floor exactly. Free samples exist for this reason: order up to six and check them in your own light before you buy.
Delivery
Orders placed by 2pm on a working day leave our Coventry warehouse the same day, and most UK postcodes receive them the next working day. Delivery is free on orders over £499. Below that it is calculated at checkout from your postcode, and some Highlands and Islands postcodes carry a surcharge that is shown before you pay.
Our couriers deliver Monday to Friday. Delivery times are estimates, and we are not responsible for delays outside our control. Flooring is heavy, so someone needs to be in to receive it.
Please check your packs when they arrive. If anything has been damaged in transit, tell us as soon as you can, with a photo, and before the floor is fitted.
Returns and cancellations
You can return unopened packs within 30 days, and you have a legal right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it. The details are on our Returns & Refunds page.
If something is wrong with your floor
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 your floor must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If it is not, you are entitled to a repair, a replacement or a refund, depending on the circumstances. Tell us as soon as you notice a problem and before fitting any more of the floor, because fitted flooring is hard to inspect and replace.
Manufacturer guarantees apply in addition to your legal rights. The guarantee for each floor is listed in the specification on its product page, and it depends on the floor being fitted and looked after as the manufacturer instructs.
Fitting
We supply flooring; we do not fit it. The subfloor must be prepared and the floor fitted in line with the manufacturer's instructions. We are not responsible for problems caused by poor preparation or fitting.
Our responsibility to you
If we fail to meet these terms we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our failure. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses where you buy as a consumer. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any of your legal rights as a consumer.
Using this website

Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
