Alva Hazelnut Brown Plank – Click

Alva Plank lays the same decors as long, straight boards — 1210mm x 181mm in the click version, 1219mm x 178mm in dryback — so a plank room can flow into a herringbone one without a change of colour. Bevelled edges and an embossed grain let each board read as a single piece of timber rather than a printed surface, and the generous length suits larger rooms and long views along a hall.

Hazelnut Brown is lighter than its name suggests: a pale, sandy-beige oak with a soft grain and a warm cast. It brightens hallways and family rooms and forgives dust and footprints better than a dark floor.

With its simple click-lock system this floor installs as a floating floor straight over most existing subfloors — no adhesive, no specialist tools, and no waiting for glue to cure. Planks lock together in minutes, making it a favourite with confident DIYers, and the rigid SPC core keeps every joint tight and stable in rooms that see big temperature swings, including conservatories and kitchens.
