Alva Arctic Oak Plank – Click

Alva Plank lays the same decors as long, straight boards — 1210mm x 181mm in the click version, 1219mm x 178mm in dryback — so a plank room can flow into a herringbone one without a change of colour. Bevelled edges and an embossed grain let each board read as a single piece of timber rather than a printed surface, and the generous length suits larger rooms and long views along a hall.

Arctic Oak is, despite its name, one of the darker decors in the range: a deep brown-grey oak with a smoky, slightly weathered grain. It gives a room depth and a modern, moody feel, and pairs well with pale walls and lighter furniture.

With its simple click-lock system this floor installs as a floating floor straight over most existing subfloors — no adhesive, no specialist tools, and no waiting for glue to cure.
