Elegance Plus Tile LVT flooring in Dark Slate
Elegance Plus is our flagship click floor: a 7mm rigid board with a 1mm acoustic underlay already attached, a 0.55mm commercial-grade wear layer and the Unilin click joint that has set the standard for floating floors for two decades. Twelve wood decors and four stone-effect tiles span plank, herringbone and tile, each with a micro-bevel on all four sides that gives the finished floor the look of individual boards. Fully waterproof, suited to underfloor heating and to every room of the home, it is covered by a twenty-year residential warranty.
Elegance Plus Tile brings the collection's stone-effect decors to kitchens, bathrooms and utility rooms as 615mm x 311mm click tiles with the underlay attached — warmer and quieter than ceramic, fully waterproof, and with no grout to maintain.
Dark Slate is a near-black stone-effect tile with a soft, layered surface. Dramatic and refined, it suits a kitchen or bathroom with white or pale cabinetry and carries heavy footfall without showing it.
With its simple click-lock system this floor installs as a floating floor straight over most existing subfloors — no adhesive, no specialist tools, and no waiting for glue to cure. Planks lock together in minutes, making it a favourite with confident DIYers, and the rigid SPC core keeps every joint tight and stable in rooms that see big temperature swings, including conservatories and kitchens.

Easy to fit (so my fitter tells me) and good customer service. Let down a bit by communication - failure to provide a confirmed delivery date, and I was promised photographs of the beading before deciding a final colour - which I never received. I just got a delivery i wasn't expecting (fortunately I was in to receive it) and got what I was sent. Good job I was happy with it. So yeah, would recommend but be sure to get confirmation.

24 January 2025I bought 6 packs of Alva Plank Cherokee Oak.
Midway through laying it I was puzzled why it was not laying straight. Thought it must be my fault until I picked out a plank that was so obviously not square (it was tapering to a point). What a kerfuffle! Fortunately, I had enough to complete the job and am very happy with the outcome. I did contact the company and am pleased to say I have now received a fulsome apology and have been generously compensated for the extra effort it took.

Web site is easy to use. Samples arrived in a few days and supported selection of preferred tile. Order then placed simply. Tiles arrived quickly and appear excellent quality and value for price paid. Concerns related to shipping info. Text received from a shipping company that was unfamiliar to me (XPD Express) and advised item from 'Carpet & Cushion' collected. Since I had not ordered anything from such a company, I assumed the text was scam and avoided clicking on the embedded link. When I later saw the same info in an e-mail, I reconsidered and did click the link. However, this brought up an 'Untrusted Link' message in my Bitdefender software, so I aborted. However, the tiles did arrive the next day and were left by my front door since I was away and had no idea of delivery date or time. This part of the process needs an overhaul but otherwise great.
