Habitat Charred Oak Herringbone – Gluedown

Habitat Herringbone is laid in wide 774mm x 194mm blocks, so the pattern reads at a generous scale that suits large living rooms, open-plan spaces and long hallways. Bonded to the subfloor, it stays flat and quiet, and the four-sided bevel gives each block the outline of solid timber. Allow around fifteen percent for cutting and set out the first rows with care.

Charred Oak is a deep charcoal-grey oak with the grain showing as a soft sheen — the darkest floor in the collection, dramatic against pale walls and forgiving of daily marks.

As a gluedown LVT this floor bonds directly to your subfloor for an exceptionally solid, quiet feel underfoot. Its slim profile keeps build height to a minimum — ideal where door clearances are tight — and full adhesion makes it the professional choice for heavy commercial spaces and rooms with underfloor heating, where direct contact means faster, more even heat response.
