Malmo Tile LVT flooring in Norse
Malmo™ Stickdown Freedom is a design-led collection from Malmo Flooring: a 2.5mm floor bonded to the subfloor, with a 0.55mm wear layer under an aluminium oxide coating and a contemporary matt finish. We carry its Vantaa herringbone and four large-format tiles — from plain stone to a patterned mosaic — that bring a Scandinavian sensibility to kitchens, bathrooms and hallways. Fully adhered, it needs no expansion gap and holds its shape in conservatories and sunlit rooms; it is fully waterproof, suited to underfloor heating, and covered by a twenty-year residential warranty.
Malmo Tile brings the collection's stone and patterned decors to kitchens, bathrooms and utility rooms as large-format tiles bonded to the subfloor — warmer and quieter underfoot than ceramic, with no grout to maintain and a matt finish that suits a calm, contemporary room.
Norse is a pale, warm-grey stone-effect tile with a plain, softly textured surface — understated and modern, it lets the room speak while the floor quietly recedes.
As a gluedown LVT this floor bonds directly to your subfloor for an exceptionally solid, quiet feel underfoot. Its slim profile keeps build height to a minimum — ideal where door clearances are tight — and full adhesion makes it the professional choice for heavy commercial spaces and rooms with underfloor heating, where direct contact means faster, more even heat response.

24 January 2025I bought 6 packs of Alva Plank Cherokee Oak.
Midway through laying it I was puzzled why it was not laying straight. Thought it must be my fault until I picked out a plank that was so obviously not square (it was tapering to a point). What a kerfuffle! Fortunately, I had enough to complete the job and am very happy with the outcome. I did contact the company and am pleased to say I have now received a fulsome apology and have been generously compensated for the extra effort it took.
